Yes. Name the shop, the dealer or the storage yard and that is where your vehicle goes. Nobody should be steering that decision for you at the roadside.
Will you give me paperwork for my insurance claim?
Yes. You get an itemized receipt with the date, where we picked the vehicle up, where we took it, and the hook-up and mileage broken out separately — which is what an adjuster needs to reimburse you.
