Yes — heavy duty is the core of what we do. Tractors, tractor-trailers, box trucks, dump trucks, buses and motorhomes, plus heavy recovery work and truck decking and undecking. We run heavy duty across Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia.

Decking is mounting one tractor onto the frame of another so a single driver can move both as one unit; undecking is taking it back off and setting it down on its own wheels. Transport companies, dealers and fleets use it to move trucks without putting a driver in every cab. It is a service very few companies in this area offer.

Both. A flatbed lifts all four wheels clear, which is the right answer for all-wheel drive, electric, lowered and non-rolling vehicles. A wheel-lift is the better tool where a deck will not fit, like a low parking garage. We bring whichever one your vehicle and your situation call for, and on heavy duty work we rig to the weight.

As far as you need. Out-of-area and out-of-state runs are on the table, and Atlanta, Nashville and Knoxville are deliveries we make regularly. Give us the pickup address and the destination and we will quote the whole run up front.

Towing is priced on a per-zone rate rather than a running meter, so you know the number for your area before we dispatch. Recovery work, decking and undecking are quoted per job or at an hourly rate, because how long they take depends on how the vehicle is sitting. Either way you get the figure up front and an itemized receipt after.

Yes. Anything unsafe or blocking traffic goes to the front of the queue — accident scenes, a lane shut down, a rig stopped on the interstate shoulder, or somebody stranded somewhere they should not be standing. Tell us what you are looking at when you call and we will be straight with you about the ETA.

Yes, and it is a standing one rather than a limited promotion. Active duty, veterans, police, fire and EMS get a discount on every job. Just mention it when you call.

Yes. Jump starts, flat-tire changes, fuel delivery, lockouts and winch outs are all part of what we do — and quite often you do not need a tow at all. We will tell you that honestly rather than load you up anyway.

We do. Ringgold, Fort Oglethorpe, Dalton, Tunnel Hill, Varnell, Chatsworth and the surrounding Catoosa, Whitfield and Murray county communities are all inside our normal area. Further south than that is long distance delivery work rather than roadside response.

For a breakdown sitting in one of those cities, no — and we would rather say so than waste your time. A truck rolls out of Cleveland, Tennessee, so you are looking at a two-and-a-half hour ETA at best and a price that reflects the distance. A local company will do you better. What we do run to Atlanta, Nashville and Knoxville is delivery: the vehicle breaks down here in the Cleveland or Chattanooga area, we pick it up, and we haul it the whole way. That is a big part of our long distance and heavy duty work.
